Confidentially Powered

We take our client’s confidentiality very seriously at Minima.  While computer networking, email and smartphones have made a paperless office closer, there is still a large amount of paper to organise.  This means managing confidential paperwork properly often by shredding documents and project work to protect intellectual property and trade secrets. 

Unfortunately, in our region like many others, shredded paper is not suitable for recycling due to the fact that the paper fibres have been cut so small.  Rather than add to landfill or incineration, Minima now convert these to paper bricks for use in wood burning heaters.  We add to the confidentiality of our disposal while also obtaining some relatively carbon-neutral winter warmth.
